The focus of the energy web quest was for students to research renewable and
nonrenewable energy resources and to determine the pros and cons associated with
each type of energy resource. Students’ research culminated in a power point
describing the energy resources, how they generate energy and the pros and cons
associated with the energy resources. Students also had to act as energy experts
and consult with a company to determine the best energy resource available for
their region. Included are some examples of student power points.

formulate an advertisement campaign consisting of a video clip, a news article
and a poster promoting their choice of their alternative fuel source.
